Ben Gingrich is a native of Lancaster, growing up in Lititz, Pennsylvania and graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School. He began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Howard F. Knisely of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and gained additional experience while serving as a Summer Associate for a law firm in York, Pennsylvania.
In his years of practice at RKG Law, Ben’s practice has become focused in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Business Transaction and Business Formation work. Ben has honed his trial work through a variety of hearings from Magisterial District Courts all the way to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He has represented clients in Landlord Tenant matters, commercial contract disputes, land use disputes and everything in between.
This Courtroom experience had given Ben a breadth of exposure to variety of areas of practice. He applies that knowledge to each client’s unique experience to give them representation that is tailored to their specific needs.
As a homegrown attorney, Ben understands the nuances of the Lancaster legal community which will help him negotiate more effectively and obtain the best results for his clients. He resides in Leola with his fiancée Madison.
