RKG Law Names Nichole Baer as Partner

RKG Law is pleased to announce Nichole Baer has been named Partner, effective July 1, 2024. Nichole’s promotion reflects her exceptional legal acumen and commitment to RKG Law’s core values. She joins her fellow partners in leading a legal team committed to delivering outstanding legal insight and client service, working together to ensure excellence in all aspects of the practice, and achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Nichole’s leadership will further enhance the firm’s longstanding community ties and connections to the communities we serve.

Nichole Baer joined RKG Law in 2020 having already established herself as a talented attorney in Lancaster. During law school, Nichole interned with the Honorable Amy Williams, an appellate judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and served as Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Club.

Nichole focuses her practice in Business Law, Non-Profit Law, Trademark, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate. She excels in crafting personalized legal strategies, ensuring clients receive solutions tailored to their unique needs. Whether drafting intricate estate planning documents, navigating complex trademark issues, facilitating real estate transactions, or advising on business matters, Nichole’s comprehensive experience and personalized approach to legal representation allow her to deliver effective results.

In addition to her professional achievements, Nichole is deeply involved in the Lancaster community. She serves on the Board of the Lancaster Law Foundation and is a past Board Member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen. She co-coordinates Lancaster County’s Wills for Heroes Program, and is a Resource Development Committee Member for the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County. Nichole is also active in Lancaster Young Professionals and the Lancaster Bar Association, where she previously chaired the Real Estate Division and coordinated Lancaster County’s High School Mock Trials.

Outside of her legal practice, Nichole enjoys volunteering, outdoor activities, crafting, wine tasting, cooking and traveling.
