Matthew A. Grosh, a Lancaster native, graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law. After being admitted to the bar in 1999, Matt received an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova's Graduate Tax Program in 2001.
A former Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, Matt has also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Perezous of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and as Assistant General Counsel with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as a solo practitioner. Matt is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lancaster County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations, and the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
