Holly S. Filius is Managing Partner of Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP. Holly concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Adoption, Estate Planning and Landlord-Tenant issues.

Holly is a longtime resident of Lancaster County. A graduate of Conestoga Valley High School, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University and earned her Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law. Prior to joining Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP, she served as a law clerk to Commissioner Harold V. Fergus, Jr. of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board. Holly also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Brillhart of the Court of Common Pleas of York County.

Holly currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the S. June Smith Center Foundation and is a member of the Women in Business Committee of the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Holly has been active in various community and professional groups, having served on the Board of Directors of The Pennsylvania State Foster Parent Association. Holly is a member of the Lancaster County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
